Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required for this role

If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain licensing

We provide paid training and full support to help you successfully complete the licensing process

Role Overview

As a Multiline Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business while also supporting existing customers. You will conduct needs-based conversations, recommend coverage solutions, and help grow the agency through both individual production and team collaboration.

Success in this role comes from strong sales performance, consistent follow-up, and the ability to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through calls, referrals, and customer interactions

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Conduct coverage reviews to identify cross-sell opportunities

Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert business

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Support daily office operations and collaborate with team members

Contribute to team production goals and a positive office environment

Qualifications

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals

Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate and support others

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in sales conversations and asking for the business

Organized with strong follow-up habits

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus but not required
