This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required for this role

If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain licensing

We provide paid training and full support to help you successfully complete the licensing process

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving agency growth by building strong relationships, conducting policy reviews, and identifying opportunities to expand coverage. You will work with both new and existing customers, helping them make informed decisions while contributing to the agency’s production goals.

This role blends relationship management with a strong focus on sales performance and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth

Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Generate new business through proactive outreach and follow-up

Handle customer needs and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience

Maintain accurate records and track sales activity

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals

Qualifications

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate and support others

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in sales conversations and closing business

Organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management

Prior insurance, account management, or sales experience preferred
